If you’re not satisfied with your online course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you meet the following criteria:
- You must have completed at least 80% of the course by the time you submit your refund request. This is to ensure that you’ve given the course a fair chance and have actively engaged with the material.

2. No Refunds for Downloadable Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, we do not offer refunds on these purchases. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, and we cannot ensure that the product will not be used after a refund. Therefore, all sales of digital downloads are final.
3. How to Request a Refund
